How It Works

Discovery
We begin with a relaxed conversation to explore your goals, answer any questions and determine whether the program is the right fit.

Intake & Alignment
You'll complete a short questionnaire and participate in a one-to-one session so the experience can be tailored to your needs.

The Program
Over ten weeks, you'll participate in five live mentoring sessions, apply practical tools and learn alongside a small group of peers.

Evaluation & Evolution
We finish with a one-to-one review session to reflect on your progress, identify next steps and continue building momentum.
Underpinning every step – ongoing connection. Peer support between sessions, optional 1:1s and ongoing opportunities for learning so your momentum continues long after the program ends.

Not sure which program is right for you?
Let’s start with a conversation. We’ll discuss your goals, current challenges and the outcomes you’re looking for, then explore which program may be the best fit.
How do I know which program to choose?
We begin with a discovery conversation so we can be honest about that. And in case none of the programs are quite right, I will gladly point you to a better path that can support you. (Even if it might not
involve me!)
I am not sure I have time?
Indeed. Only you can choose how you spend your time. “What you pay attention to grows. What you ignore fades. Choose your garden.”
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are small and interactive, so live attendance matters most. If life intervenes, you will be supported to catch up however bear in mind the quality of your experience is a direct result of the availability and effort made. You will get a return on effort; there is no box-ticking here.
Can my employer fund it?
Often, yes. Many participants use a learning and development budget. I can provide an overview to help you make the case.
How much time does it take?
Five 90-minute live sessions over 10 weeks, plus around 60 minutes of reflection between each. Built to fit alongside a demanding role. We do however recommend blocking 120 mins so you can reflect after the session and are not spending the last 5 minutes worrying about your next meeting!
Is it really coaching, training or mentoring?
It is mentoring however in essence it can blend of all three: the insights of tools, the practicality of mentoring and experience sharing and the reflection of open coaching questions, in a small, high-trust group.
What if I have a really complex situation that no-one else has?
I don´t have the answers to everything! What I can commit is when I don´t have them we will figure out a way forward together to find them!
