Why this program?

You know your subject inside out. Yet getting others to see it, fund it and
act on it is a different skill entirely and too often the best thinking loses to
the best telling which can cause frustration and reduce impact.

This program helps you turn what you know into a story that lands: to
frame ideas around what your audience cares about, build a clear case, and
sell it to the people who decide.

Built with the supply chain in mind, it is also valuable for anyone who
needs influence others and create buy in.

Who Is It For?

This program is built for supply chain professionals who need their ideas to win support and buy-in.

*The process begins with a short call to discuss your goals and how the program could meet them

This may resonate with you if:

• You are a leader who influences senior stakeholders.

• You are a specialist whose deep expertise outweighs their visibility

• You want to feel more at ease with telling a story or selling it.

• You need to create buy-in across functions, to leadership, within a leadership team or out to clients.

This is for you if

You're a leader ready to grow, not starting from scratch, but knowing there's a next level

You can give it real attention: five 90-minute sessions, plus light reflection and practice between them

You learn best through honest conversation with peers who are open-minded, rather than a lecture or a webinar

You'd rather build lasting capability than chase a quick fix or a tidy formula

This is probably not for you if

You want a one-size-fits-all template or off-the-shelf answers

You can’t commit time for your participation AND protect a couple of hours between sessions to apply what you're learning

You'd rather work alone than think out loud in a small, high-trust group

You're after a quick fix, or you want someone to do the work for you

You don´t really have the desire, curiosity & commitment to change your behaviour
